A key part of a successful training cycle and race day is making sure you are fueling your body appropriately for your level of training and activity. But, how do you know if you are making the right nutrition choices to support your training? Our Registered Dietitian, Coach Andrea, developed a self-evaluation tool to assess where you are with your sports nutrition and where you may be able to make some changes.
You can access the evaluation here. At the end of the evaluation you’ll count up your answers and use the key to determine if your nutrition is on track to assist you in achieving your performance goals or if you may want to consider some tweaks.
