Running + Strength Coaching

1x1 running or strength Coaching

Our 1x1 running or strength coaching includes a personalized training plan tailored to your goals.  This plan includes check-ins as needed and communication through the coaching app.  Customized adjustments to the plan will be made as needed.

Recommended for those who are new to coaching and/or prefer extra support and accountability in meeting their goals.

Our customized training plan includes an assessment + personalized training plan tailored to your goals and a 30 minute virtual session. Follow up is not included with this plan.

Recommended for those who are good at following a plan and need minimal follow up support and accountability.

​

Available for running and strength, however they are separate plans.

Consultation call

In our running + strength consultation call, you can chat and ask questions regarding your current training plan and/or race strategy. A full assessment is not included with this call. 

​

Recommended for those who are comfortable with their current training plan but curious what minor tweaks could be made.

​

$30 per 30 minutes

Strength for runners template plan

Our strength for runners template training plan consists of 3 workouts per week, with exercises that benefit and strengthen the runner's body.

 Follow up is not included with this plan.

Recommended for those athletes who are interested in adding strength training to enhance their running.

Nutrition Coaching

1x1 Race ready

Our Race Ready nutrition coaching includes a nutrition assessment and consultation with a nutrition plan tailored to your training plan. It also includes a lab review with recommendations and supplement guidance, carb loading plan, hydration assessment plus race day fueling & hydration plan. Communication includes a 60 minute initial consult, up to 2 x 30 minute calls monthly and unlimited messaging.

Recommended for those who are new to nutrition coaching and/or are working towards a specific race goal.

Nutrition "Prehab"

Our Nutrition "Prehab" coaching focuses on baseline nutrition coaching in preparation for your training cycle. You'll learn the basics of nutrition and hydration and how they can support you in and outside of your chosen activity. Communication includes a 60 minute initial consult call, 1 x 30 minute monthly call and weekly messaging.

Recommended for those who are in the base building phase of training, or feel like they want a better understanding of the basics. .​

Customized Nutrition Plan

Our customized nutrition plan includes an assessment + personalized nutrition plan tailored to your goals and a 60 minute virtual session. Follow up is not included with this plan.

Recommended for those who are good at following a plan and don't require regular follow up.

In our nutrition consultation call, you can chat and ask questions regarding your current nutrition and/or fueling strategy. A full assessment is not included with this call.
